Description

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • Sea salt for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Create the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl and press it firmly into the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. Prepare the filling by beating together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
