- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (for topping)
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine the ground chicken, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, grated parmesan, the egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning in a large mixing bowl.
- Spread the chicken mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form a pizza crust.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and spread the tomato sauce evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and the pepperoni slices on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
You can prepare the chicken mixture a day in advance. For extra crispiness, broil for the last minute of baking.
