- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups beef broth (vegetable broth for vegetarian option)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (or butter)
Instructions
- Sauté onion and garlic in a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat until fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
- Brown the ground beef, breaking it apart until rich brown. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling mixture for 10-12 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Melt cheese into the mixture off heat until creamy. Serve warm and enjoy!
