Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  5. Remove from heat and let the beef mixture cool slightly.
  6. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese until well blended.
  7. Add the beef mixture to the cheese mixture and stir until combined.
  8. Flatten each biscuit from the can and spoon a generous amount of the filling onto the center.
  9. Fold the edges of each biscuit over and pinch to seal.
  10. Place on a lined baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
