- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until fully browned, about 6-8 minutes.
- Drain excess grease and return the skillet to the heat.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper; cook for an additional minute.
- Remove from heat and let the beef mixture cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese until well blended.
- Add the beef mixture to the cheese mixture and stir until combined.
- Flatten each biscuit from the can and spoon a generous amount of the filling onto the center.
- Fold the edges of each biscuit over and pinch to seal.
- Place on a lined baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
