Description

Warm, flaky biscuits filled with savory beef and melting cheese, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned.
  3. Drain excess grease, then stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let beef mixture cool slightly.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Add cooled beef mixture to the cheese blend and stir to combine.
  7. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits, flattening each into small discs.
  8. Spoon beef and cheese filling into the center of each biscuit, fold edges around filling, and pinch to seal.
  9. Place biscuit bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them evenly.
  10. Brush tops with melted butter.
  11. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  12. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Make the filling ahead of time and refrigerate. Can be air fried at 350°F for 10 minutes.
