- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned.
- Drain excess grease, then stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let beef mixture cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Add cooled beef mixture to the cheese blend and stir to combine.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits, flattening each into small discs.
- Spoon beef and cheese filling into the center of each biscuit, fold edges around filling, and pinch to seal.
- Place biscuit bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them evenly.
- Brush tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Make the filling ahead of time and refrigerate. Can be air fried at 350°F for 10 minutes.
