- 1/3 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 large Egg
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Blend the cream cheese until smooth using an electric mixer.
- Sweeten it up by adding powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until incorporated.
- Cream the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and mix until well combined.
- Combine the dry ingredients and gradually add to the wet ingredients, stirring gently.
- Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
- Scoop the dough, flatten it, and place cheesecake filling in the center.
- Encapsulate the filling by folding the dough and rolling into a ball.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Cool cookies on a wire rack for best texture.
