Description

Delightful chocolate chip cookies with a creamy cheesecake filling that melt in your mouth.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/3 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Blend the cream cheese until smooth using an electric mixer.
  2. Sweeten it up by adding powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until incorporated.
  3. Cream the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg and mix until well combined.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients and gradually add to the wet ingredients, stirring gently.
  6. Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Scoop the dough, flatten it, and place cheesecake filling in the center.
  8. Encapsulate the filling by folding the dough and rolling into a ball.
  9. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  10. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  11. Cool cookies on a wire rack for best texture.
