Description

Delightful caramel apple cheesecake bars that combine creamy cheesecake with sweet apples and rich caramel, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in diced apples and cinnamon.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top, swirling it slightly with a knife.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set in the center.
  9. Let cool completely, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cutting.
  10. Before serving, drizzle with additional caramel.

Notes

Serve chilled, and store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
