- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in diced apples and cinnamon.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top, swirling it slightly with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set in the center.
- Let cool completely, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cutting.
- Before serving, drizzle with additional caramel.
Notes
Serve chilled, and store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
