- 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl until it resembles damp sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared dish to form a crust.
- Beat together the sugar and softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add the vanilla extract, mixing until just combined.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Fold in the diced apples and ground cinnamon until evenly distributed.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the graham cracker crust, spreading evenly.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top of the filling, swirling it gently.
- Sprinkle with chopped pecans, if desired.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until the center is set.
