Description

A delightful blend of creamy cheesecake, tender apples, and a buttery graham cracker crust, drizzled with rich caramel sauce.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups peeled and chopped apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until evenly coated. Press mixture into the bottom of your greased 9×13 inch baking dish to form a sturdy crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add 1 cup of sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated and silky.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, blending thoroughly after each addition.
  5. Gently fold in the chopped apples and cinnamon.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and lightly golden.
