- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

- 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups peeled and chopped apples
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until evenly coated. Press mixture into the bottom of your greased 9×13 inch baking dish to form a sturdy crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add 1 cup of sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated and silky.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, blending thoroughly after each addition.
- Gently fold in the chopped apples and cinnamon.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and lightly golden.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
