- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 4 large flour tortillas, 10-inch
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- Extra ranch dressing for drizzling
- Extra buffalo sauce for drizzling
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken breast, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Lay each tortilla flat and layer it with romaine lettuce, buffalo ranch chicken mixture, shredded cheese, and red onions.
- Drizzle with extra ranch dressing and buffalo sauce.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll it up tightly.
- Toast the wraps seam-side down in a preheated skillet over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Slice each wrap diagonally in half and serve warm.
