Description

Delicious wraps filled with shredded chicken, zesty buffalo sauce, creamy ranch dressing, and fresh veggies, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas, 10-inch
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • Extra ranch dressing for drizzling
  • Extra buffalo sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken breast, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
  2. Lay each tortilla flat and layer it with romaine lettuce, buffalo ranch chicken mixture, shredded cheese, and red onions.
  3. Drizzle with extra ranch dressing and buffalo sauce.
  4. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll it up tightly.
  5. Toast the wraps seam-side down in a preheated skillet over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Slice each wrap diagonally in half and serve warm.
