Description

A hearty Breakfast Club Sandwich featuring crispy bacon, savory sausage, creamy scrambled eggs, and fresh avocado, all layered between toasted bread for a delightful morning meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 8 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 8 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 4 slices of cheese (e.g., cheddar or Swiss)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 7-10 minutes. Remove and set aside on paper towel to drain.
  2. Using the remaining bacon fat, add the ground sausage and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Melt butter in another pan over medium-low heat. Pour in beaten eggs and scramble until just set, around 3-4 minutes.
  4. Toast the bread slices to a golden brown in a toaster or on a grill.
  5. On one slice of toast, layer the cooked sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, cheese, and avocado slices.
  6. Top with another slice of toast. Repeat for a second sandwich if desired.
