Description

A succulent chicken breast stuffed with creamy Boursin cheese and vibrant sautéed spinach, topped with a crunchy panko crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz Boursin cheese (any flavor)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease your baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2–3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in the Boursin cheese until melted and blended with the spinach.
  5. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and pour the creamy spinach mixture over them.
  6. Top with panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden brown.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Feel free to swap Boursin cheese with other creamy cheeses or adjust the filling with personal preferences.
