A delightful pizza that combines spicy buffalo chicken with creamy ranch dressing, topped with melted cheeses.

- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/3 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F and place a pizza stone in the oven to heat.
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to a 12-inch circle.
- Brush the outer edges of the crust with olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the shredded chicken with buffalo wing sauce until coated.
- Spread the ranch or blue cheese dressing evenly on the rolled-out dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Evenly scatter the buffalo chicken over the dressing.
- Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, red onion, and optional blue cheese crumbles.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Garnish with chopped chives or green onions, allow to cool slightly, then slice and serve.
Notes
Make the pizza ahead of time and reheat, or customize the heat level by adjusting the buffalo sauce.
