Description

A refreshing salad bursting with the sweetness of peaches and blueberries, complemented by crunchy cucumbers and creamy feta.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, chopped
  • 300 g fresh blueberries
  • 80 g crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 Persian cucumbers, cut into slices
  • Lemon basil vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Wash the peaches and blueberries under running water. Pat them dry.
  2. Chop the ripe peaches into bite-sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the fresh blueberries to the bowl.
  4. Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds and add to the mixture.
  5. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top.
  6. Drizzle with lemon basil vinaigrette and toss gently to combine.
  7. Serve chilled.
