Ingredients

- 2 ripe peaches, chopped
- 300 g fresh blueberries
- 80 g crumbled feta cheese
- 2 Persian cucumbers, cut into slices
- Lemon basil vinaigrette
Instructions
- Wash the peaches and blueberries under running water. Pat them dry.
- Chop the ripe peaches into bite-sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the fresh blueberries to the bowl.
- Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds and add to the mixture.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top.
- Drizzle with lemon basil vinaigrette and toss gently to combine.
- Serve chilled.
