Description

Deliciously crispy egg rolls filled with a creamy blueberry cream cheese mixture, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • Powdered Sugar, for dusting
  • Glaze (optional)
  • Cooking Oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling by mixing softened cream cheese and blueberries in a medium bowl until well combined.
  2. Assemble the egg rolls by placing a spoonful of the filling in the center of each wrapper and folding them according to package instructions.
  3. Heat about an inch of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the egg rolls in hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Drain excess oil by placing fried egg rolls on paper towels.
  6. Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar or drizzled with glaze.
