- 1 cup Blueberries, fresh or frozen
- Powdered Sugar, for dusting

Instructions
- Prepare the filling by mixing softened cream cheese and blueberries in a medium bowl until well combined.
- Assemble the egg rolls by placing a spoonful of the filling in the center of each wrapper and folding them according to package instructions.
- Heat about an inch of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls in hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Drain excess oil by placing fried egg rolls on paper towels.
- Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar or drizzled with glaze.
