Description

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Sourdough Bread
  • 1 lb Smoked Brisket, shredded
  • 1 cup Cheese (Cheddar or American)
  • 1 medium Onion, caramelized
  • 1/2 cup Crispy Fried Onions
  • 4 tablespoons Butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of sourdough.
  3. Layer one slice of bread, buttered side down, into the skillet.
  4. Pile on the smoked brisket, followed by caramelized onions and cheese.
  5. Top with another slice of bread, buttered side up.
  6. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese has melted.
  7. Serve hot with crispy fried onions on top and extra BBQ sauce on the side.
