- 4 slices Sourdough Bread
- 1 lb Smoked Brisket, shredded
- 1 cup Cheese (Cheddar or American)
- 1 medium Onion, caramelized

- 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the skillet over medium heat.
