- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 flour tortillas (8-inch)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken breasts until golden and cooked through, around 20 minutes. Let it cool slightly before shredding.
- Mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and softened cream cheese in a medium bowl until well combined.
- Lay each tortilla flat and spoon an ample amount of the chicken mixture in the center. Roll it tightly.
- Place the taquitos seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with chopped green onions and a dollop of sour cream.
Notes
These taquitos freeze beautifully for later enjoyment! Consider using rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
