Description

Deliciously crisp taquitos filled with spicy buffalo chicken and creamy cheese, perfect for gatherings or a fun weeknight dinner.

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 flour tortillas (8-inch)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken breasts until golden and cooked through, around 20 minutes. Let it cool slightly before shredding.
  3. Mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and softened cream cheese in a medium bowl until well combined.
  4. Lay each tortilla flat and spoon an ample amount of the chicken mixture in the center. Roll it tightly.
  5. Place the taquitos seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve with chopped green onions and a dollop of sour cream.
