Description

A delightful blend of cinnamon rolls and apple pie, this bake combines fluffy cinnamon rolls with tender apples and rich caramel for a cozy dessert experience.


Ingredients

  • 67 grams dark brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 cans (8-count each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
  • 60 millilitres salted butter (melted)
  • Sweet apples (Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, or Gala)
  • Caramel (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to the temperature recommended on the cinnamon roll package.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the brown sugar and ground cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Open the cans of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into smaller pieces.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer the cinnamon roll pieces and sprinkle sweet apple slices.
  5. Drizzle caramel over the combination and evenly sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture on top.
  6. Drizzle melted butter over the entire mixture.
  7. Bake according to the cinnamon roll package instructions, around 25-30 minutes.
  8. Let cool slightly, then serve warm, drizzling icing over each portion.
